Terms of Service

CoFounderHunt is a founder marketplace. By using it, you agree to provide accurate information, avoid fraud or impersonation, and use the product only for lawful founder, hiring, and networking activity.

Marketplace use

You are responsible for the content you publish, the claims you make about traction or background, and the conversations you start through the marketplace.

ConsentKeys identity protection

If CoFounderHunt changes identity providers, if ConsentKeys changes providers, or if CoFounderHunt is sold, merged, or otherwise changes ownership or control, ConsentKeys must not reveal your real identity by default. That can only happen after a clear warning and after you manually type I consent. Checkboxes, implied consent, or silent migration are not sufficient.

Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or activity that puts other founders at risk.
